9:30AM – 5PM (bus departs at 8:30 AM from the hotel)

This workshop covers the basics of distilling rye whiskey from grain to glass. Subjects to be covered will be stone milling grain, making a mash with rye, fermentation, charging the still, making heads and tales cuts, barrel maturation, proofing and gauging.
