2022 is packed with educational sessions, workshops and a larger than ever exhibition floor.
- The Missouri Craft Distillers Guild will be welcoming our friends and colleagues on Wednesday, 9/14 at the Marriott for a tasting. RSVP at time of registration.
- ADI group meet-ups
- Women Summit, Sustainability Summit
- Extended sessions and workshops will be available on Wednesday 9/14 and Saturday 9/17
- General registration opens Wednesday 3pm to allow more time for everyone to register. Exhibitor registration will open at noon Wednesday for setup.
- Happy Hours on the show floor on Thursday evening.
- Boozy Breakfast on the show floor on Friday morning
- Awards Luncheon (celebrating Best of Class awards and Distillery of the Year) on Friday 9/16, open to all (RSVP required).
- Thursday evening is reserved for private events and experiences.
- Friday evening closing event: Casino Night celebrating our 2023 Las Vegas conference
- Gin Summit Saturday 9/17 (registration required, space is limited)

The Expo floor will be open continuously from 10am – 6:45pm on Thursday 9/15 and 8:30am – 3pm on Friday 9/16 (closed during the gala lunch). As usual, our “boozy” breakfast (bloody Mary and Irish Whiskey) will be served starting at 8:30am on Friday.

SAFETY PREPAREDNESS
We are actively monitoring health and safety environments and will communicate any changes to our current preparedness.
We will keep some of the health measures that allowed us to make our Louisville event safe;
Registration Area
- Registration and information counters have been spread apart to avoid clusters.
- Attendees will self-scan the QR Code emailed mid-September on printout or on their phone. Our staff can also look up your name on our computers.
- Conference bag will be pre-stuffed and available to attendees on stands.
- There is no printed schedule. You can download the conference app at ADICONF. If you have the app from prior years, the conference schedule and floor map have been added.
- Onsite registration will be available early starting at noon on Wednesday for exhibitors and 1:30pm for attendees.
Meals and Welcome Tasting
Setting will be dictated by health measures in place.
Educational Sessions
- Room capacity will be limited to <80% of the room capacity
Exhibit Floor
- The exhibit floor will not be carpeted to avoid soft surfaces and ease daily cleanup
- Wide aisles/ more aisles have been built in the floor plan to ease social distancing
