Mia Glanz
Mia Glanz is a cocktail bartender usually found conducting the bar at Odd Society Spirits. The distillery is also her laboratory where she created and now produces her namesake liqueur Mia Amata Amaro, its recipe an extension of her studies in ethno-botany and traditional aphrodisiacs at the University of British Columbia. Mia is also a writer and photographer based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
