Zac Triemert has a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and a master’s degree in Brewing and Distilling. He has been a commercial distiller for the past 11 years and brewer for the past 18 years. He has won many honors including Food and Wine Magazine Big Food Thinkers Under 40, Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 and Young Business Person of the Year, and Worth Magazine’s Top 20 Entrepreneurs to Watch. He founded Brickway Brewery and Distillery in 2013 and it is one of the fastest growing breweries and distilleries in the Nebraska
