Welcome to beautiful San Antonio, in the heart of the great state of Texas!

The 2025 Conference will be held on August 25, and August 26, 2025 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. We have crafted an event that keeps you steps away from the famous San Antonio River Walk, with its local restaurants and attractions. If you know San Antonio, you know you want to come back. If you have never experienced this awesome city, this is your opportunity.

San Antonio is only one of two cities in America named UNESCO City of Gastronomy and is also a UNESCO World Heritage City.

Much of the city’s unforgettable landscape has grown along the banks of the River Walk where stone paths run aside the San Antonio River connecting hotels, restaurants, shops and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in the downtown core. The 15-mile River Walk also links Spanish Colonial Missions (a World Heritage Site, along with the Alamo), museums, public art and the Pearl, a former brewery reborn into an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Famed for Tex-Mex, San Antonio is gaining attention for Tex-Next as the nation’s next big culinary destination. From notable restaurants to the Culinary Institute of America, there’s something to satiate every palate.

Workshops, Tours and the Whiskey Summit will be held on Sunday August 24 with additional tours on Wednesday August 27.
