Distillery Start-Up Bootcamp

Starting from scratch or expanding production capacity in place, distilleries need to have a firm grasp on the limits of their space from a building code and fire code perspective. In-depth review of code requirements – and limits – for distilleries, zoning codes, design lingo, and possible construction methods. We will also address when it is time to throw in the towel and get a new space.

The first half of this all-day seminar will include a comprehensive discussion of the design and compliance process.

Attendees are invited to provide drafts of their facility plans, in PDF format.

During the second half of the seminar, we will project some of these plans and workshop application of principals present in the morning.
