Reducing “Cost of Goods” without Compromising Quality

There are two ways to increase profits: one is to increase revenue, and the other is to reduce costs. Join the team as they discuss ways to reduce costs without compromising on quality and losing what makes craft distilling special. There will be a short introduction to calculating basic cost of goods (COGs), followed by a number of different practical ideas to reduce time and money spent on production costs and thus improve profitability. The talk will cover areas from the production of spirits – aged and unaged – to packaging and through to administration (an often overlooked area).
