WHY ADI?

 

The American Distilling Institute’s Craft Spirits Conference Expo is the biggest and best gathering of distilling equipment and services in the world. ADI conference attendees are owners, managers and employees at US and international distilleries looking for education, new equipment and solutions for their startup or expansion.

 

The ADI 2025 conference will be held in at the San Antonio Convention Center on Monday, August 25 and Tuesday, August 26, 2025 with a closing event on Tuesday 8/26/2025. The Whiskey Summit will be  held on Sunday 8/24/2025.

Exhibitor move-in Sunday 8/23/2025 after 1pm.

Exhibitor move-out Tuesday 8/26 after 3pm.
