Starting a new distillery business has many dimensions to it and choosing the equipment making the liquid is a small part. We’ll take a walk through the process, look at some of the key areas to consider, try to limit the unknowns and then come up with a solution. A bit like making the perfect Gin and Tonic, it takes a few tries around the design loop – but can always be improved.
