Caroline Ashford

Caroline Ashford (aka The Gin Queen) has been writing about gin in Australia for almost 10 years. She is in high demand as an authority on gin and in 2017 became the first Australian to be inducted into industry body The Gin Guild. In 2020 she was named Icons of Gin Communicator of the Year, and in 2022 was shortlisted for the International Wine Spirits Competition Spirits Communicator of the Year. She is a spirits judge for the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards, American Distilling Institute, and the World Gin Awards.
