Rich Manning has been writing about drink, food, and travel since 2004. He contributes to Liquor.com, VinePair, Gayot, Artisan Spirit, Tasting Panel, and a few other publications. He’s also a judge for the San Diego Spirts Festival International Bottle Competition, and occasionally gets tapped to judge various food competitions within the greater Los Angeles area.
