We have $25K to fund research this year, and have to date donated $31K so far (click here to view funded research). Do you have ideas about the process of distilling and want to run some experiments? The ADI Distilling Research Grant is looking for proposals to fund! Click here to submit your proposal today! Maybe you aren’t an academic and don’t have a a academic research background? Online Auction Runs September 1st-30th
The $31K in funding to date has been generated through generous donations from the craft spirits community. Do you have goods or services to donate to our online auction? This year we are asking all distillery members to donate a bottle, and that bottle will have to be pick up on premesis at the distillery.
