Bob is the Director of Operations for Great Western Malting & Canada Malting. He has a BSc (Hons) in Science, an MBA, a Master Maltster diploma and has the IBD’s Diplomas in both distilling and brewing. Bob started malting in 1985 and has worked in various roles in malting plants in the UK, Canada, the USA and Russia.
