Henric Molin is the founder and owner of Spirit of Hven. He is a chemist by education, flavorist by heart. Working with the magic of taste and scent for the last 20 years, mostly in the drinks industry, Henric builds a bridge between chemistry and sensory perception. Robert Cassell is the co-founder and Master Distiller of New Liberty Distillery (Philadelphia) and Connacht Whiskey Company (Ireland). Robert believes in the craft distilling segment and loves to bridge the gap of art and science in the creation of distilled spirits.
