Shawn Stevens has worked as a Union Sheet Metal journeyman for 25 years, and has been employed at Vendome Copper and Brass Works for the last 9 years. He became a Certified Bourbon Steward with the Stave and Thief Society in 2015. Stevens also writes and lectures about stills and the history of distilling equipment.
