Susanne Masters
Susanne Masters is a botanist specializing in edible plants and their trade around the world. She works with distilleries on ingredient selection and sourcing. Susanne has run workshops, and written and spoken about plants in beverages for numerous publications and organizations including the Boutique Bar Show, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, the Royal Horticultural Society, the Open Science Network and the Craft Gin Club.
